3. What information we collect
first name and last name
postal address, e-mail address, telephone number
order and billing information
If you have previously purchased using Klarna's payment services and your information is stored in Klarna's system, it can be completed automatically at the checkout if you enter your personal ID on the checkout page. Entering a personal identification number is not mandatory, you can alternatively also enter just your address information. The personal ID is not stored in the Uli Design customer register or on the server, the information is only with the payment service provider, i.e. Klarna.
4. How we use your data
We ask you for information when you register or place an order in our online store. We use this information to fulfill the order. Placing an order requires that you accept our terms of delivery and our privacy policy according to this registration statement.
Uli Design uses your information for order processing and delivery, archiving, handling, management and development of customer relations, as well as tracking lost shipments, for example. The information can also be used for the development of Uli Design operations and for statistical purposes. We only use personal data based on the customer's consent.
5. Cookies
Our online store does not use cookies. If the practice changes in the future, we will inform our customers.
6. Marketing
We always ask for a separate permission for email marketing. On the pages of our online store, you can find an order form, which you can use to subscribe to our newsletter if you wish. You can also subscribe to the newsletter when registering or ordering a product by ticking the box. If you give your consent, we will send offers and information about Uli Design products and operations to your email. You can unsubscribe from the register whenever you want. Every newsletter we send has a link that you can click to unsubscribe from the list.
7. Data processing and transfer
The information in the customer register is used only by those employees of Uli Design who are authorized to do so. In order to process your order, we use third-party services. Therefore, in addition to us, Posti and our payment service provider Klarna also process your data.
8. Data retention and protection
We keep your data for the duration of the customer relationship, as well as the period specified in the Accounting Act. Our customer database is located on a password-protected server, which is only accessible to designated persons. In the event of a data security breach, we will contact you immediately.
9. Your rights
The registered person has the right to check what information Uli Design has collected about him, and to demand that the information be corrected or deleted. The information will be delivered within 1 month. The registered person also has the right to oppose or limit data processing, as well as to transfer data from one system to another.
